I am aware of the website but it isn't there, it only offers version 4.0, which is now free.

I purchased 3.0, so maybe version 1.0 is now free also.

Assuming you haven't already, why not contact Fabio at the support address on his site? He'd probably share an older version with a paying customer.

I had the same problem, some years ago. Just contact the author. He was very kind and sent me Revenge 1.0 after I sent him a request.

PS: The predecessor Pedone plays also very aggressive and is free (but around -130 Celo weaker than Revenge 1):
