Found it on the very interesting Bread GitHub site!

Interesting information can be found about chess programmings here.
Good work, like that!
Bread by "nonlinear", name / country from programmer unkown for me.
Engine not listed from ChessCache: https://www.chesscache.com/ChessEngines.html (logo site for engines)
Bread updated to v. 1.5.0 last week, Jim Ablett created the compiles.

Juggernaut 1.01:
This is a bug-fix version of the initial release
Fixes:
This is a bug-fix version of the initial release
Fixes:
- Aspiration window bug that gave crazy high mate announcements
- PV bug that showed illegal moves (due to not setting the path length in the quiescent search when there were no captures)
- Fixed bug that ended search too soon when pondering at fixed time controls
- Added a extra "send info" string to stop FastChess yammering
- Added image to download cutesy of Jim Ablett
- Create a rock-solid Delphi chess engine, capable of playing ultra-fast games (tested at game in 0.5 sec + 0.05 sec increments)
- Multi-PV and multi-threaded capable — this is a first for me (Juggernaut is certainly the weakest multi-threaded engine, and one of the weakest chess960 engines)
- Supports all aspects of the UCI protocol including: UCI_CurrLine, UCI_Refutations
- Chess960 support
- Super basic search
