Raphael v4.0 Release

Now supports multiple cores through the UCI Threads option.

- implemented lazy SMP
- implemented various extensions
- introduced fractional depth
- other search patches

- `+45` STC against `v3.3` (`3697` estimated CCRL blitz)
- `+60` LTC against `v3.3` (`3578` estimated CCRL 40/15)

I tried Raphael 4.0 for my UHO-Top15 Ratinglist. But after some hundred games, around -35 Celo are missing to enter the ratinglist (being stronger than Pawnocchio 1.9). But a superstrong engine - no doubt about that. Perhaps the next version of Raphael will be strong enough?!? Stay tuned.
