Stockfish dominates Leela with 8:1 handicap

How many other engines can do better against stockfish with 8:1 handicap?

I suspect the fault is not of leela and we are going to get a similiar result also with berserk14 and with other engines if they get 8:1 time handicap

Looking at one of the games I do not understand chess.com analysis and it is not clear for me if 8:1 handicap means they give stockfiish less time or give leela more time

What I do not understand is the move 20.Rab1 because when I click on the move 19...Kg7 I see bxc5 as the first line in the pv of both engines.

clicking on 20.Rab1 gives me Ne5 in the pv of stockfish and Rab8 inn the pv of Leela)
I could expect Stockfish to play the first move of the pv of stockfish so I do not understand how Stockfish played Rab8 or maybe there is a confusion between the pv of stocfish and the pv of leela in what they show.

Stockfish played with 22.5s + 0.25s increment against 3m + 2s. Stockfish won 128 - 122 even with some time losses . Reckless won with 4:1 handicap Stockfish.
