ah yes, Critter defaults to threads = number of logical cores instead of 1, not a great default I think, but it can be changed in engine options

Re: Myracle GUI
Yes, Critter was the cause. However, I had already successfully tested Critter in the test tournament and hadn't changed the settings since. Therefore, I initially ruled it out.
Regarding the EGTB: do they always have to be configured in the engines as well, or is setting the path sufficient?

Re: Myracle GUI
yes per engine, unless you check the Override engine options checkbox in new tournament and check Use global syzygy path,
it'll then override SyzygyPath using the one you suppied in settings/paths

Re: Myracle GUI
Thanks for the wonderful GUI, I'll test it for my incoming tournament of Mini-TCEC with my Ryzen 9 8945hx and RTX 5050. And I'll live stream it.

Re: Myracle GUI
it's not possible to change font size per widget type, but it's possible to change UI scale globally in settings/appearance/UI scale from 100% up to 125% on top of actual system scale

Re: Myracle GUI
build 73 is up:
- fix: cutechess QOL pgns are parsed properly (move time is what it should be)
- add optional decision time tracking (off by default, must be enabled in settings/general/Enable decision time)

Re: Myracle GUI
Small problem:
If you start a new game against an engine with the option 'Start from actual position' checked, then each move of the current board produces a message "got illegal move from GUI: ..." in the new game window - I guess this is not intended.

Re: Myracle GUI
I have a feature request about polyglot opening books and a question first. It's about randomness.
Q: Does Myracle pick a completely random move or does it take the polyglot features into account, I think a book can have # or probability of playouts...
Suggestion: A really core feature every opening book using software should have (IMO) is to be able to define the amount of randomization [0-100%]. I.e., 0 = strictly play according to weights, 100 pick a totally random move out of those which are present in the book. Arena had such a slider.
I really like your software.
Ah and a question. If an engine is set to be MultiPV and I use it for analysis - only the main idea is shown. Doesn't it support output of multipv?
