It is the Stockfish 19 release candidate which has a code freeze. Provided there are no issues discovered, it will be released unchanged (apart from the name string) as the official Stockfish 19. I'll re-run the actual release if there are any changes.

It looks like a couple of small code fixes have been necessary on the release candidate. I'll re-run it anyway once it is released officially. it only takes two days for an engine run.

Just to note that I did run the official Stockfish 19 release as soon as it was released and this replaced the release candidate. I don't think there were any functional changes, but I was committed to doing it anyway.
