Hi Graham,

If there is ever room in a future Amateur Series, Caipora 3.8 might be a candidate: an original UCI NNUE engine from Brazil, written from scratch in Rust: https://github.com/ComputecOrg/caipora/ ... s/tag/v3.8 (Windows AVX2 and generic x86-64 builds, network embedded, runs fine on 1 CPU; UCI options Hash, Threads, Move Overhead, Ponder).

Our own gauntlet against Stash 33 and 37 puts it at about 3600 on the CCRL Blitz scale, and Sylwy's independent test here (4'+2", in progress) has it at 31/42 against a field including Shredder 14 and HIARCS 15.4. Early numbers only.

Transparency note: the code is written by Claude Code (AI) under my direction, as declared in AI_USAGE.md in the repository.

I'll fix any issue you might find quickly. Thanks for all the work you put into these series!
