Hi Jim,

I would also be very grateful, because only you are capable of compiling programs that my PC will accept. They compiled it saying it's Universal, but that's misleading, or whoever did it doesn't know anything.

Glad to see this version, but I've noticed a bug I hadn't seen before:
While a Rook up, with a score of +5, this version of Phalanx will walk into a 3-fold repetition, somehow.

Update: Fixed 3-fold rep avoidance bug (bug was in original src code)

I'm trying to use Phalanx XXV UCI version 12/9/2026 under myracle with ponder on.
I use 10s + 0.1s and 1m+1s.
With ponder on with 10s+0.1s it always forfeit. With 1m+1s almost disconnect (crash) in every game...
The original winboard vewrsion does not have this problem....
Bug?
