so be careful with analyzing and LATER testing positions you analyzed before.
Not the machines that Steve was using. Only version 2 and up Elite A/G had a primitive learning function.
Terry do you have your Mach III Handy?
if so could you try Rob's position ..?
curious to see if you get Rd5 in a few seconds and then if it switches to Rb8 and stays with that
Double Checking Regards
Steve
I got the same result as you Steve, Rb8. Also on level 1 I got the same result as Rob. A full 3 ply search, 5 seconds, Rd5.
Cross Checking Regards,
Terry
OK
thanks for checking!
Resting easy now regards

Hi Steve
Um...is that photo of the "Final Bunker Holding VERY Rare Computers" for real? And if so, is a mountain cable car the only way to get to it?

oops i realize now you did not mean the final photo in the album but the photo of the safe??
no that is not real
however it should be known that many of my ultra rare computers are kept deep beneath the earths surface..in subterranean depths where there is no humidity ,the temperature is a climate controlled 50 Degrees and it is very dark to avoid eprom deletion
perfect conditions for schachcomputers
a rare glimpse of the inside of such a bunker is here:

legend has it that when a human enters the bunkers(only escorted by armed security guard of course) they do not age while there
