To tell you the truth, the first time I heard about him was about a year ago when Steve B started talking about him. I dont know much about him either. Also, there arent any players strong enough to attract my interest. May be I am just a player hater.

Yes - it's a draw odds match.
Every draw that Benjamin gets counts as a win.
Benjamin has White in all eight games.
There is no material or time odds.
Having white in all eight games as well as a draw being counted as a win, might be a serious psychological and morale undermining for a GM. It's like being a baby.
Rybka has won all her odd chess matches, but they've been decreasing the difficulty. If the trend continues like this, yes, we'll have to try Knight odds...

The matches have been played with handicaps to make up for the rating difference, so either Rybka would also win against top 1 GM, or these handicaps are totally useless (And, I find the former more likely.)
