PS: you should come in Italy the next year, you can play funny tournaments, in beauty full places with very good cooking (and the sponsor pay for all of that!!!)

What about travel. Those of us in the US would have a larger travel expense. Plane flights to Italy can be as much as 2000 USD.

Maybe there some low cost company. I know about flying from Milano to New York that some times costs "only" about 500 euros (600 dollars). Of course this could be a lot expensive (500 euros are a lot of money even for me). Maybe it could be more interesting for european people, who can use the train or very low cost flyings.

I can talk with the organitation of the next event, to think about some form or refund to foreign players...
