Another supporting chess engine (of almost 3000 ELO) would help reduce errors and also help in testing GM's theories/plans.
Anand knows to play well with technology and of the options suggested, I feel that he would have the best chance with Zappa Mexico II against Rybka 3.
I think that it is not even necessary a super top engine... and neither it is necessary a great computer.
that alone it is good to face engine versus engines... where 1 ply or 2 ply have a lot of importance ...
with a rhythm that is not excessively quick, any engine but or less recent he/she/it ? can help any GM (it is necessary a GM that this accustomed one to use computers) to avoid tactical errors.
then alone he/she has to be devoted to win in the game strategic and to look for the situations key where the problem of the horizon of plays begins he/she is necessary to make havocs... on all engines.
one GM up +2500 with Chesstiger 2007, fritz, Wchess (?), can play very well versus R. ( free or not free, doesn't care,

)
I think that a GM alone teacher needs tactical protection, among the plys 15-20... 5~7 moves... and this has it most of the current engines.
in fact, in the matches, many gm gets winning positions, but that they don't win, because they don't execute the end correctly, any recent engine can help them to finish off R ... (the book is important also)
I think that This is easy ... for same players..
in fact, in the competitions way centaur ( human+PC versus human+PC ), GM and MI they win the tournaments that quite slow computers and with normal engines...
this is a proven and verifiable fact.
bye from spain. OLIVER
