Ok.. there we go... It's not a hash problem and the JA-compile errors are a complete other issue.

It's a problem here the "Pipe01Time 0000000651963110" which seems to interrupt OliThink because the engine ist just thinking too long.

OliThink was all the time thinking about the correct move Neg5, but throuth the interrupt it delivers Rc1 (????).

This does not come from OliThink, must be a thing from the GUI?!

Looks like OlIThink was interrupted in thinking. It's all the time thinking about the correct move e4g5, but throuth the interrupt it delivers Rc1 (????).

Yes. It's a problem from OliThink. Obviously OlIThink has the move "Rc1" in its hash and is searching it first.
This makes two problems:

1) As it is the complete wrong move, it just thinks way too long
2) Even much worse: If it's interrupted before completing the search, it goes with the crappy move.

Solution is easy: At root don't search the hash move first, search the pv-move first!

I will release very soon Version 5.2.3 with a correction of that!

I hope it, too, Graham.

No I put the new 5.2.3 on my homepage:

http://home.arcor.de/dreamlike/chess/index.html

As soon as the tests are positive, I will build a Java version and realease it officially.
