You mean 49...Kc8, according to your fen, (48...was Kd7, your premove would have been a step back ) so we have
46.Qb1 h4 47.Qb2 Kd8 48.Kb1 Kd7 49.Kc2 Kc8 right?
[fen]2k5/2p5/1q1p4/pPpPp1p1/N1P1Pp1p/P4PbP/1QK3P1/8 w - - 0 1[/fen]
Edit, this time I did cut off my first next move, so I rather pasted full new output again, please take a second look, befor you copy and paste the wrong moves from my side this time
And I'm gonna have some sleep now, so you're even more not in any hurry, having accumulated 4 days already too
Very good, so I'm gonna extend couple of moves from your PV just to speed up things:
46.Qb1 h4 47.Qb2 Kd8 48.Kb1 Kd7 49.Kc2 Kc8 50.Kd2 Kd7 51.Ke2 Kc8 52.Qb3 Kb7 53.Qc2 Bh2 54.Qd2 Bg3 55.Kf1 Kc8
[fen]2k5/2p5/1q1p4/pPpPp1p1/N1P1Pp1p/P4PbP/3Q2P1/5K2 w - - 18 56 [/fen]
Fat Titz by Stockfish, the engine with the bodaciously big net. Remember: size matters. If you want to learn more about this engine just google for "Fat Titz".

Good Morning!
You don't really hope for getting the Queen captured here now still, do you?
But you're right, I shouldn't always just give the next shortly pondered about line of Crystal's, I just still hoped, you'd make a backward of one of them and see your SF climb much higher than Crystal with the evals. Yet seeing SF again tempted to accept the sac, let's me doubt that more and more.
So this time just two moves more:
2k5/2p5/1q1p4/pPpPp1p1/N1P1Pp1p/P4PbP/3Q2P1/5K2 w - - 18 56
56.Qc2 Kb7 57.Nb2
[fen]8/1kp5/1q1p4/pPpPp1p1/2P1Pp1p/P4PbP/1NQ3P1/5K2 b - - 0 57[/fen]
Crystal from clear hash see nothing after Qc2 and suggest Qb7 so I wonder if there is some hash bug or maybe a deep win for white.
Edit:I still believe that the plan Qc2 Nb2 and a4 should be winning for white and stockfish claims Qb7 is losing against b6 so crystal no NNUE is not so impressive.

That's why I gave Nb2 additionally, and even if I maybe shouldn't continue helping Milos by showing him, which one moves not to choose, here's my Crystal's output recently after 56.Qc2 Kb7 57.Nb2, of course not started with empty hash:
8/1kp5/1q1p4/pPpPp1p1/2P1Pp1p/P4PbP/1NQ3P1/5K2 b - - 0 1
@ Milos: this now isn't meant anymore as for premoves, just to show, that Crystal's evals are still climbing, even if there's much too much shuffling in the line of course.
I just see, that letting Black hop in at the latest possible postiton just after some unnecessary extra- moves but before a relevant one, gets the whole thing really boring and long and I yet still hope to reach decisive advantage (for human eyes too) soon now interactively.
Only the moves up to last fen are already played from my side so far.

Good day!
You might be into something, but you need to prove that it's enforceable by making traps and I need to keep avoiding them .
I'll play your two moves and mine, here is a full line:
46.Qb1 h4 47.Qb2 Kd8 48.Kb1 Kd7 49.Kc2 Kc8 50.Kd2 Kd7 51.Ke2 Kc8 52.Qb3 Kb7 53.Qc2 Bh2 54.Qd2 Bg3 55.Kf1 Kc8 56.Qc2 Kb7 57.Nb2 Qa7
[fen]8/qkp5/3p4/pPpPp1p1/2P1Pp1p/P4PbP/1NQ3P1/5K2 w - - 22 58 [/fen]
Hehe, ofc it is, it prevents a4, I could have told you that yesterday, you don't need a crazy monster search and a top engine for that .
The key now is to avoid the zugzwang. And Peter is not playing Nb2-a4 no matter what, so you can cross all that PV away .
