Edit: Here is a link. Please keep the log files on so that I can debug problems later if anything comes up.
Thanks, that seems to work :)

I'll start running games tonight. (Running 6-core games while I'm awake and actually using the computer is not a good idea, as I'll often be doing stuff that compete for resources).

I uploaded a version of HaChu that implements Makruk to http://hgm.nubati.net/hachu.exe . Apart from adding Makruk there were no changes (well, only that its '+' promotion character suitable for Shogi was also used in Shatranj, and I now fixed that), so it remains the same weak engine.

Bilis v0.14 an engine that can play makruk, is available here,
https://sites.google.com/site/deuterium ... les/makruk.

This is also capable of playing with counting rules, by setting
Use_Counting_Rule 1, found in bilis.ini file. By default this is set to 0.

Life has been busy, so I haven't gotten around to Makruk yet. Hope to run it in a week or so.

Sorry, still not sure when I will get around to running a tournament. I am moving countries in the summer, and preparations for that is eating up a lot of time.

I still want to run a Makruk tournament at some point, but can unfortunately not commit at all to when I will find the time for it.

No problem at all. BTW I released TeleSpace a grand variant engine here,
https://sites.google.com/site/deuterium ... iles/grand
This is basically from Bihasa. Latest test seems to be doing well.
TeleSpace has time odds of 2. TC 40/5 from 15 fixed start positions with color reversed.

Code: Select all

Cross table, sorted by score percentage, Buchholz, SB
