Chess TIGER 2007 . Good style HUMAN; but ? is posible DUAL C

Post by Karmazen & Oliver »

I like a lot the engine Tiger 15 and TIGER 2004 ...

http://www.lokasoft.nl/chess_tiger_2007

But I don´t if Chess TiGER 2007 have a "UCI" DUAL CORE ... or only have one program for single CPU...

Dual CPU not is perfect x2 LEVEl... only UPs around ~100 points in other engines... but it´s a good option.

I don´t understand very well Why TIGER not "beat" engines rybka or last engines Dual... but for play versus engine PC... for Human... CHess TIGER is very good.

somebody Knows if it´s posible usin This engines on chessbase or arena with a UCI module DUAL CPU ?

Just press the <2> key on your keyboard when Tiger is pondering, after this command, Tiger should be able to use 2 cpus

Morning TT !
You are right      Pondering means the ability to think on opponent time (sorry to annoy you Andre van Ark).To use 2 CPUs is another matter.Chess Tiger 2007 is -for instant -a single CPU engine.
Have a splendid day,
