Game result validation

Is there a tool out there that will take the last position in a game and validate the result (or at least highlight suspect games).

I have seen a couple of examples where GUI adjudication has been wrong due to an engine reporting the evaluation from its perspective when black rather than from whites. When this has happened it is a fairly painful process to manually check the games to find the errors.
