Deep Shredder 10 UCI & Hiarcs 11 MP 32 & 64 bit ques

If I purchase

1. Deep Shredder 10 UCI MP; or
2. Hiarcs 11 MP

will they run in MP mode (2 processors) under my WinXPpro 32-bit OS on a Core2Duo machine?

Do those packages include a special UCI engine file in order to work in multi-processor mode on a 32-bit OS?

I haven't yet acquired a 64-bit operating system (will later get WinXPpro64 or Vista--but don't know when).
