I think only the Toga author has the right to do that. However, from what I understand Toga is a close relative of Fruit, and Fruit is open source so if you really want a Toga that supports mp, the closest you'd get is by making Fruit mp capable.

Togs is GPL, Hence you can do with it whatever you want as long as you make it open source(=GPL).

Thomas asked for help from others at winboard forum and Daniel from Scorpio agreed to help him with the egbb's. I dont think anyone offered him help for MP support, but it looks as if Thomas doesnt have the time to implement them.
