Hiarcs 0.6 V Fidelity Mach 1

Post by Harvey Williamson »

Hi All,

This Sunday at 1100 PlayChess server time, in the Engine room, see the latest round of the Collectors Corner Challenge.

The 1989 Hiarcs 0.6, playing on its 1989 olympiad hardware, was victorious 2-1 against the Fidelity Excellence.

So this Sunday operated again by Mark it will destroy Blincoes's Fidelity Mach 1.

Best Wishes,

Harvey

Destroy the Mach I.. say you??

i think not

especially because it should be pointed out that i will be operating the Excel 68000 Mach 1B
the Mach 1A when initially released contained several bugs most notably in its mate search algorithm
this was corrected in the Mach IB version
the world renown Selective Search lists show a rating for the Mach IA of 1818 while the far more powerful Mach 1B tips the scales at an alarming 1845 on the lists

i think Mark is not aware i am using the 1B so there is no need to

Tell Him Regards
Steve

Thousands of people here are already gathering in the CNN offices to follow the game. Of course most of them are for Fidelity. There is almost not so candid people to ever support Hiarcs .6
Wagons for the festival after the victory of Match are already being prepared.
In one of them a repro of you in cardboard handling an accountant book will be moved with pulleys.

It will be a great day regards

I notified my fellow troops up in Finland. There are now millions gathering for this inter-galactic event, where the Roman legions would have looked a pale supporters side. My old love for Fidelity will prevail above for my current admiration of Hiarcs. Go-Fidelity-Go!

May The Force be with you,

Hi...

Well this is becoming good, more good than last time. I think one or both of you may win lose or draw the whole match.

If the above is quoted in any way shape or form i shall deny it and claim the opposite...

Looking forwards
