The Sell Off by the Estate continues with a new round of computers offered

Still no mention that it is an Estate sale or that Charles himself is not the seller even though his account is being used

while it seems that feed backs received for the transactions that have taken place since Charles Passed Away have been all positive ..one buyer in particular purchased something like 4-5 of the computers so all is not yet clear

Sadly however..there is now a feedback in the account profile from a SELLER..posted just yesterday

which means Charles account is now also being used to buy things on Ebay as well

( Editorial comment : ??? "true owner" - whatever the hell that means - has Charlie been resurected from the dead??? If true, I will make sure a close friend of mine my has access to my account after my passing.

To -> SteveB --you will find alll the details to access eBay account and continue to use my account after my passing and perhaps even to resurrect my lifeless soul in my will..

So who the hell knows....but ebay does allow accounts/id with feedback to be transferred to other people with eBay persmiision....which is an absurd policy... I have to assume that account is now officially transferred since I did inform eBay that Mr Kamaras is now deceased for more than a month. All of the items now listed for sale were listed more than a week after eBay was notified that Charles Kamaras is now deceased.

Bottom line is that the whole rating system can be abused by the allowing these accounts it be transferred to people that had nothing to do with ratings that were earned in the first place. Most of the time, users will never know that an account with ratings were transferred to someone else, we just "happen to know" about this one-- totally absurd. I think eBay is setting itself up for a lawsuit eventually.

Ebay is saying that the use of Charlies account is legal or illegal??

surely the Estate cannot justify the continued use of his account for BUYING things on Ebay such electrical fuses??

2. don't really know - since the account is apparantly still being used, I have to assume it's legal at this point since they are aware of Charlie's demise ( since I did inform eBay over a week ago)

3. bizzare to say the least... is that also following Charlie's last wishes?

startiing to look like a bad Alfred Hitchcock movie...

gives me the creeps...
