I'm someone who is very unexperienced with installing new software without an automatic installer. I currently have rebal decade three saved, how would I install this onto my computer.

Hello,

Running Rebel Decade on modern operating systems is I think not straightforward. I don't think it will run on Windows XP or higher but have not tried anything like that. You could try to run it under Windows 98 emulation or some DOS emulator while in Windows XP but I don't know if that works. If you have some old Windows 98 computer for these kind of programs it is much easier, and I think Rebel Decade has an automatic installation program? Is there a Rebel Decade on the pages of Ed Schröder where you downloaded this from? What operating system are you using on your computer?

If you just want to play chess against a program on your computer and you have Windows XP or Vista but not an older Windows on it, I think there are some more modern options to try out, although not with all the database games that good old Rebel Decade has.

Thank you very much for your help. In this form of area I'm very unexperienced. I have only minimal knowledge of computer programming.
