Glaurung 2 epsilon 5 doesn't use it's native opening book...

....installed as a UCI engine under the Arena GUI :?: :?:
In it's configuration UCI window there is no option for the opening book issue....

I downloaded it in Arena and also downloaded the opening book.
The opening book when downloaded said book bin. I couldn't
open the book so it would work with Glaurung. So using a
shredder book with it. :) I have two other books by Salvo S. That
works good with the new Glaurung 2/5 also. That SOS trap book
he made is interesting.

Tord is aware of the problem, Tord said that it is an arena problem and not a Glaurung problem. May be you should try it under another another GUI.

I hope Tord don't mind me using a shredder book with his engines. :) :) :)

Gerold.

P.S. Maybe i will use the Doctors book with it and see how it does.

Goto ´Engines > Manage > UCI´ and uncheck the option ´Common own book setting´.
The restart Glaurung again and you should have this ´Book´ option in its configuration window ...

Bug some Arena - there is not inverse? (I can try, cca 1 hour).
