Best way to create own CBH DB from other sources

What is the best way to create a CBH database from a variety of sources :-

- cblight database
- freestyle database
- 2600 pgn
- some ICCF games

There may be duplication issues but the database is just proof of concept. Any ideas?

I've just gone through the help and it would require the full Chessbase (not CBlight or the limited funtions in the Fritz GUIs) as it has functions for eliminating doubles and checking the integrity not present in the Fritz GUIs.
