What are the requirements for entering the chessmaster personality in the tournament?And is there any chance of knowing parameter settings of all these chessmaster personalities? (I can make a blitz tournament for that too )

No, I was talking about the requirement for entry of new chessmaster personality to the tournament such as this which I presume is limited.
