Americas vs the Rest of the World Computer Chess Team Match

We are planning a team match between a team representing
the American continents (Pan-Am region - Greenland - Antarctica)
and a team representing the "Rest of the World".

Vincent Diepeveen has agreed to captain the team. We are currently
discussing the number of seats on the team and the qualficiation
process.

I've started this thread to see who is interested in participation and
your thoughts on the qualification process and other details.

The team match may be long TC's and is planned to occur sometime
beween November 1, 2007 and February 28, 2008. The current idea
is that each board from the teams will match an even number of games
against the same board number of the opposing team with colors
alternating.
