Movei comet speed question

please copy the following game to your computer and tell me
how much time does Comet need to see Bd2 and how much time does
Movei need to finish iteration 14 after that move.

In my computer times are 129 seconds for comet 61 seconds for movei.

It means that Movei on my computer is 1.64 times faster relative to the amateur tournament when Comet is
1.43 times faster.

It seems to me that the hardware that is used simply does not like movei and like Comet relative to hardware of other testers and it is part of the reason for movei's bad results and Comet's good results except luck(note that movei is more than 200 elo better than Comet and inspite of it Comet scored more points than movei in the tournament until now).

The strange thing is that Movei is doing very well in the following tournament on identical hardware, so go figure.
Of course, my explanation is that over 22 rounds, things like this can happen.

Movei is just having a bad tournament, it happens sometimes with relatively few games

Note that I did not say that hardware is the only reason for the bad results but only that I suspect that it is one of the reasons(the second reason is bad luck)

In the tournament that you posted
Movei has 9/13 after a loss against CM default.

It is only one point more than what I could expect based on the rating list when in the 2nd amateur tournament it is many points less than what I could expect so the total result is still less than what I could expect based on the rating list and my guess is still that it is possible that movei relatively prefer hardware of other testers.
