Never happened to me in the previous years: to receive something from ICD that does not work. Maybe I was just lucky or maybe the previous owner considered just fair to expend 5 minutes to check what they were sending. In any case, I emailed them to tell them the history and now I am curious what they will answer me.

I received the following answer from Quentin, current ICD owner. In think it reflects very well the happy fact that he is managing the store as it was always done for our satisfaction as customers.
