is there a port or partial port of winboard_x to xboard

I've been looking at the xboard and winboard_x code, yea i wrote about compiling winboard iand winboard_x in windows and havent managed it yet but i can build xboard, and i was wondering if anyone has ported winboard_x to xboard or partly ported it enough that xboard has fischerrand support before i try to do such a partial port.
