Here is my WB2UCI.eng file:
It works on my dual-core processor as UCI-engine. Of course you need to insert your own opk-number.[ENGINE]
Name=The King 3.50 x64
Author=Johan de Koning
Filename=KingUci.exe
[OPTIONS]
;Program=TheKing350_64.exe
;Multi processor with 2 threads
Program=TheKing350_64.exe /t2
;Multi processor with 4 threads
;Program=TheKing350_64.exe /t4
InitString=cm_parm default\ncm_parm opk=******\ncm_parm opp=100 opn=100 opb=100 opr=100 opq=100 myp=100 myn=100 myb=100 myr=100 myq=100 mycc=100 mymob=100 myks=100 mypp=100 mypw=100 opcc=100 opmob=100 opks=100 oppp=100 oppw=100 cfd=0 sop=100 avd=0 rnd=0 sel=14 md=99\n

I'm not sure what your problem is. I'm running CM11 on a dual in 32bit mode and it does use both cores when analyzing a position. My problem is I can't get it to run in 64 bit mode in Windows XP Pro x64. I suspect some driver issue but don't know what to do.
