I think I succeeded in fixing the FRC code in WinBoard.
I tried an engine-engine game with BigLion, and it did seem to work (including two A-side castlings). I can also enter castling as Human player by dragging the King over the Rook. It seems to keep proper track of castling rights. I did not test any ICS play.
For those that want to try it, you can find the executable here.
Just rename it to winboard.exe, and you should be able to run it. Let me know what it does wrong!
WinBoard_F now has Chess960 support!
