Chess Partner

I need help with opening book on chess partner (lchess.bk) the main chess partner opening book.



I have edited the book by modifying and add/delete opening variations and lines. For some reason the book is not listed at the directory but when I open CP and click on (options at the top menu and choice book at the drop menu) I can find lchess.bk the one that I edited the lines but It will not allow me to copy and paste in main desktop to use the opening book on a different book.



does anyone why can't I find the book? I am using Vista 64 windows.

Dont you have to close the application before you can copy and paste anything that is being used by the application?

Tried different ways, Now it tells me it cannot copy and paste the file because it is no longer in the directory but CP sees it! it's weird thing lol

For some reason the book is not listed at the directory

I recentiy had a similar problem with Vista.
The browser seems to find it necessary to hide certain types of files
when browsing programfolders.
Clicking "compatibiliteitsbestanden"(yes its Dutch ,see image) made them reappear.
