Modification tools

What is a good pgn modification tool that can add comments, variations, and has a very good interface for chess games. I already have Arena, SCID, and winboard, but what are some others?

Well, I use Notepad

I was going to say that I know that you can use notepad to edit pgn but I was hoping that there was a program that could show the moves. But thank you for your help.
