in you conditions: 3-4/5 men tbs are used. So I cannot believe Rybka evaluates move 88. Bc6 +14.29/17 in games one:

I think he only ran few matches at that 24hr/game time control. I didnt know about it either.

Earlier rybka has 0.00 evaluation so maybe rybka simply stopped to use tablebases after getting draw tablebases position in the hope that the opponent is going to blunder.


Looking at the game that zappa lost
I cannot understand getting only depth 6 for non obvious moves like 16.Nc3

The only reason that I can think for using 0 seconds for non obvious moves is if the program already calculated them in previous search for a long time but if the program gets only depth 6 then it seems impossible.
