I wonder if such a truth exists!
Does a slight innacuracy, if it really IS one, mean that you can lose, if G-d would be playing G-d?
If so, maybe a machine could do this. But of course, it might need brute force at impossible depth, so forget it perhaps?

After announcing mate in 567, then maybe after the opponents reply it can change to more, like 750, or, be called off if the opponent doesn't do the best possible move.

Yes. Since a game has only 3 possible results, when you are in a lost position, then God could beat you no matter what

No, mate in 567 means that the perfect defence is mated in 567. If you play a non perfect defense, the number decreases faster, so it would become mate in 200 or even mate in 3.
