Nice report Charles, and congrats on the decent finish despite my crappy hardware.
One note on your comments from Round 3 - Telepath ran without a book for just a few moves. I fixed the ini file (which I had previously modified while trying to figure out why Polyglot was crashing), reconnected, and it played with the book for several moves.

Is there any chance of a public release? Thanks for the report.

Re: Telepath CCT10 report - Bonus game w/ IGM Sergey Kudrin
I've thought about making a CCT10 release, but I'm a bit torn on
the issue.
Several years ago, I was insulted by some here pertaining to my
previous engines performance. That happened enough times for
me to make it private.
Since WCCC 2002, I've thought that engines stronger than some
threshold (say 2100) should not be released freely. Doing so, seems
to hurt the folks trying to make a living at it.
Also, I've been faced with unemployment for the past several years.
As soon as HR dept.'s see the chess program and my other AI research,
I've been told one of several things. I'll list a few here:
1) AI people are very smart - we don't hire smart people here.
2) That is cutting edge stuff - we don't do anything that hard.
3) You'll be bored here and leave as soon as the economy turns around.
4) You are too over qualified.
and more ....
All these statements are from the HR dept.'s after reading my resume
and without so much as an interview.
So, it seems the more you do, the less jobs there are for you or
maybe its just a side effect of a very bad US President or the current
Republican regime. Either way, I don't see the good in a free release
of any program unless it is below 1700 and I am not sure about that.
the issue.

You'll always get ungrateful people who don't appreciate enjoying the fruits of somebody else's labours.
There will always be strong free engines well above 2100, so your ideal there is wasted.
The fact that your intelligence and programming excellence should hinder you in seeking employment sounds ridiculous, but I can understand that worrying you. However, you don't need to put the fact that you've released a chess engine in your resume, do you?
Just my opinions on what you said, but I'm not criticising your decision as it's entirely your choice.
People should respect your decision to keep your engine private if that's your preference.
It would surely be interesting for you to have your engine extensively tested by others though?
Regards, Graham.

Hi Graham,
I think my ideal is only wasted if I don't follow it.
At 8, I was pushed to smoke cigs becuase the crowd did but I said No.
At 14, I was pushed to join the Junior Klan because the crowd did but I said No.
At 17, I was pushed to do drugs because the crowd did but I said No.
I don't think following the crowd for the sake of following the crowd is a good idea.
However, I do understand your point.
people learn that way.
a) It runs best under 64 bit Linux than 32 bit Windows and I don't
have a 64 Windows compiler. Actually, it could participate in a
MS Windows based tournament while running on Linux. There is
some software that will run on MS as a fake UCI engine that passes
the comm protocol to the Linux engine.
b) I've been working on making it a distrbuted engine. I don't think
any of you guys are prepared to test that.
c) I am dissapointed with the public tech for book making. To that end,
I have a version of Polyglot I've modified to fix some of the issues,
but I am not satisfied yet.
d) I still haven't gotten around to implementing support for Moves in Time TC's.

I am not sure how to reply after reading your message. Who were those criminals that made fun of your engine? I could send an army of goats and make them eat all the grass on their lawns. I would like to see them make fun of someone when they have a bigger problem of their own. I am not sure what kind of jobs you were trying for, but if you came to Rite-Aid and said my name is Charles Roberson, I would have helped you get a job, except that it doesnt pay well.

You should feel no pressure to go public Charles. It is your hobby, and the only reason to go public is if it is fun for you to see other's play with it. And going public has a significant cost in time keeping a version working for other people on other platforms, and in frustration watching it perform so much worse on settings/in situations other than what you are optimizing for.
And for goodness sake stay clear of HR departments whenever possible (hard to do I know) and sneak your resume into the people actually responsible for getting work done. They seem to be much less worried about how "over-qualified" you are, and more worried about hiring smart people that can get stuff done.

p.s. no LearningLemming for you any time soon, sorry Tony. My wife yelled at me for offering to give my codebase away just to add multi-processing support, and now I am reluctantly building a new codebase from the ground up optimized for multithreading environments. Thus, no new versions of LL for anyone until I am done with that. And yes, this is the first time my wife has yelled at me for spending too LITTLE time working on lemming.
