Hi,
anyone knows how to stop Zappa make a logfile?

Can't check it right now, but should be in either the options or the ini file.

Hi,
I have got an answer from Anthony via Shredder support:
It is not possible to deactivate the log.
So I think it will only help to write protect an existing (cero-byte) log 8-)

If you enabled write-protected log file,you risk the engine to crash baby....

Yes!
no risk - no fun !

Could not see a crash - but of course other things can happen :lol:

e.g. the engine takes all CPU-time in trying to write....

So far I have played 996 games with Zappa Mexico with a zero byte read-only logfile without a single crash, so I believe this to be a safe option.
