LATEST UPDATE- Rybka v Naum

Post by geots »

The specs are floating around somewhere on this page. However, we have: Game 25- 165 move draw.....Game 26- 151 move draw.....
Game 27- 52 move draw.....Game 28- 135 move draw...... giving us after 28 games (with 2 remaiming) :

Rybka = 19/28
Naum = 9/28

I predict that Evgenii Manev is going to win the prediction contest due to having the closest final score:

1). In the recent computer championship in which Naum and Rybka tied, can someone tell me, Was Naum running on faster hardware than Rybka was?

2). Does it look like Rybka is still clearly on top of everything else?

I can answer this one: Yes, Rybka is still numero 1. However, the distance from it to the second place isn't as big as it used to be (Probably Rybka 3 is going to change that.)
