Hi Andranik,
... we´ve got not too much infos from your problems.
Do you have the engine

I just installed it as uci-engine into Arena 1.99b5 without any problems.
I am using WinXP 64bit and AMD processore here.

You're right, sorry !
Yes, I have the engine. I thought it's a Winboard engine, because when I add it with a wizard it shows as Winboard.
Then, it simply does not load when I start an Engine tournament.

Using the wizard under arena is no longer recommended. I am assuming that you got it working correctly.

Thank you very much.
I tried and it works as a UCI engine.
I am running a tornament with Toga II 1.4 beta5, Rybka1.0, Fruit-051103, Glaurung 1.2.1, and now Bright 0.2c is joining them.
Probably it would be better if I ran it with Glaurung 2.0 instead of 1.2.1. Whatever :)

Are you playing without an opening book?
_No one can hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you can hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward….

Yes, I don't trust opening books so I prefer to use fixed opening positions.

The starting opening position is fixed so I had to use it also (But, on future Bright-Naum games, the same starting position will not repeat to ensure that I will never get a repeated game [since repeated games are the main reason that bookless games are avoided] - It punishes programmers that didn't care about programming opening knowledge on their engines, and I don't see anything wrong with that 8-) )

Interesting! I would indeed like to know which programs play openings well (by themselves), because in my games I am very often out-of-book by move, say, 10.
Some engines are very good in the middlegame but play weird moves in the opening.
