Betmen - Star Wars, 3m + 0s, rated blitz 2008

[d]8/1R6/5p2/4p3/rp4PK/4kP2/8/8 w - - 0 1

Betmen (an player from georgien) played here 48. Kg3? and lost.

Is possible hold the game after 48. Rb6? What says the best endgame programs, draw or lost?

Best endgame programs are rather clueless in endgame, especially a Rook endgame like that :)

How do you know?
Even if they cannot see draw score or winning score for black you can still use them to get an opinion.
If you give the right program enough time to search then it may find the right moves and if you play games at long time control you may get a result.

If games at 400/40 time control between all programs end with the same result then it may be a reason to believe something about the result of this position.
