I did create the necessary time to test changing bookline per game.
It revealed an old nasty bug : booklines are sometimes read into a too small buffer
I shall release ChessGUI 0.103 with a bigger buffer and trimmed booklines.
A manual workaround is to trim boolines to 1200 characters in ChsGUI_Book.cgb and in your tournament file. If you change booklines per game, then trim to 500 characters.

It is easy to update to ChessGUI 0.103 :
- save your pgn files
- define default GUI preferences through main window in ChessGUI 0.103
- for each tournament, cross check and save book options and GUI preferences through tournament setup window
- restart your tournaments and each time wait till first game starts.
- close ChessGUI 0.103
- restart ChessGUI 0.103 and import pgn
- resume tournament
