ACCA event tomorrow

Post by bob »

A point of clarification. Original web site said "9am start time" but did not specifically say (that I could find) "local ICC server time". So, for clarification, this is 9am EDT (new york USA) time? Or GMT - 5?

Thought I would start a quick thread so that we avoid the "dang, I missed round 1, I though it was 9am Istanbul time" or some such...

Just login to the ICC (chessclub.com) server and type date.
the date command will tell you ICC server time which is New York time.
The tournament round times are based on that time.

_No one can hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you can hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward….

Unfortunately I have to use your old opening book. Hopefully I wont have to play the oxygen book. Robindu said that your pgn had few comments and variations in it that the polyglot doesnt understand, so he couldnt make me a book. May be me and you should try and learn the art of book making under polyglot.
