Official Crafty Version For Endusers

How come on ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/executables/ the latest version available is 20.14, while on Skinner site it is 22.0 and on craftychess.com it is only the source available? Skinner lists himself as a "member of the development team" but is always a version behind. Is that what you get for a free engine? Is it as free as beer or free as in speech?

Well Crafty is free, so we should be grateful for the efforts of Bob and his team of helpers.
