When the latest Chess Assistant Available?

When is the latest Chess Assistant available? I think it provides excellent technical support. The program has that spartan clunky look. The features are not. In reality, it is a very sophisticated system. This is the best chess database for the least amount of money you can buy except for Scid. I still think Chessbase is too expensive.

Sadly the next Chess Assistant 10 will be just some bug fixes and bigger database (and will include Rybka 3) but if you already have Chess Assistant 9 you're better getting Aquarium.
