Version 1.3X looks promising a couple of years ago, is the project stopped ?

IMO I would guess that they would go down the Fruit road as soon as they realize that Spike isn't going to be as good as the commercial ones like Hiarcs/Fritz/Zappa. Looking at the gains of Rybka 3, will Spike even catch up with Rybka 1.0 beta let alone Rybka 2.2?
