It's up on my site. I hope it fixes the time control issues that some people have seen at 40/5 time control. However, despite repeated attempts I was unable to reproduce that. I found enough bugs just walking through the code to make me hopeful that I fixed it though and also added some additional logging should I need it.

Ooops - Oliver pointed out that I had forgotten to update the version number that gets reported through the Winboard interface. Sure enough, I had updated the change header to say I had done that but forgot to actually update the constant!
I've re-uploaded it but it's still version 1.0.3.
Oliver also says they are still seeing time losses
so the investigations continue.
