Okay, so tomorrow is the start of the World Championship Chess Games. Who do you think will be the first to spring their Novelty? Will it be Kramnik or Anand? Will it be early (Moves 1 -10), Middle (Moves 10-20), or Late (Moves 20-30) in the opening?
If you are tuning in, where do you plan on viewing the games?

I usually use Playchess for watching broadcasts. But now I'm giving ICC a try. I remember reading a lot of kibitzes during Kramnik - Topalov match at ICC, and very few in playchess.

I am sure it has alot to do with the Playchess rules on rank to kibitz. You do have a good point. Being able to kibitz the games online is the main reason I tune in.swami wrote:I usually use Playchess for watching broadcasts. But now I'm giving ICC a try. Start Time is 9:00AM (New York) for those living in the United States on the east coast. If watching on Playchess then it's 1500 server time.

One could add: Magnus Carlsen (Norway) (?).AdminX wrote:Anand:

The funny thing is he is has a higher rating than both Anand and Kramnik.

There is no clear answer to that.glorfindel wrote:One could add: Magnus Carlsen (Norway) (?).AdminX wrote:Anand:

Also, maybe, it was a tactic by Anand to throw Kramnik off gaurd?
Just to confuse him

Anand had been playing excellent chess earlier in the year, and no one wants to reveal their preparation just before the mega match up,
Cheers,
