Amy vs Crazy Bishop vs Phalanx - V3

Post by Kirill Kryukov »

Comparison is updated with three more rating lists. Attached here (direct link to file).

Overall Amy > Crazy Bishop > Phalanx seems to be the case, though this may be mostly influenced by blitz results. There may be differences in particular time control or conditions.

I was surprised to see that the average ratings are within 30 points.

Comments are welcome. Also, if one more engine was to be added to this comparison, what engine would you like to see?

_No one can hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you can hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward….

Yeah, a good one and close in strength.. I am also considering Bringer and Sjeng 12.13. :-)

Though it may be too much work to add them all. I've just found two more rating lists that I should add to comparison.

Gromit later became Anaconda. Both SOS and Anaconda are much stronger than already compared engines. Bringer may be a good choice though.
