Are you sure that you didnt pick and choose the results? Did Romi really manage to win a tournament against these opponents? You do know that Zappa 1.1 is much weaker as a 32 bit version and doesnt play in its league, though Romi normally has trouble against it.

I did not set Arena to French!

The only permanent work around I have found so far is to edit it manually under engine management. Last time I checked, the engines.ini was correct.
