It is about Glaurung 2.0.1 and 2.1 (JA).
What is the better one of those who spend a long time 180 minutes?

What do you recommend for Engine paramenterer such as Selective to change or not?

And have you heard any news about the new Glaurung UCI to come when?

I don't think there will be new Glaurung sooner, but there's a derivative called "Stockfish" which was released just yesterday. It's supposed to be somewhat stronger than Glaurung.

As for your other question, I think it is always better to use the latest version IE 2.1. There's no special parameter settings for Glaurung that I'm aware of.

But Glaurung 2.1 (JA) did not score well with 1 1 / 2 of 5 rounds:

You look at Glaurung is not so strong in relation to other even though my machine is powerful:
Intel (R) Core (TM2) 2 Quad CPU Q9550@2.83GHz, (OC) 3400MHz, 4 threads. Ram 8 GB.

How can Glaurung gain strength with Engine paraments?

I understand you explain the stockfish. But still try to explain more about Engine para ments such as increasing the number or smaller numbers to be better for Glaurung?

Most likely the twilight zone where goats replaces imaginary friends, and all the chess engines are rated around 600 points lower.
